Role
As a Senior Product Designer for Events and Webinars, you will own key areas of Zoom Events and Webinars, creating scalable, polished experiences across event setup, hosting, attendance, and AI-driven engagement. You will mentor designers, partner with product, engineering, research, and accessibility teams, and deliver end-to-end design work and specs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact projects that shape the future of Zoom Events and Webinars, including setup, branding, hosting, registration, in-webinar UI, and event analytics.
- Elevate product experience through exceptional visual and interaction design, micro-interactions, motion, layout, and spacing.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (PM, engineering, research, accessibility) to align on product direction and ensure clarity and consistency across surfaces.
- Deliver polished visuals, prototypes, and clear engineering specifications using Figma and prototyping tools.
- Drive data-informed design decisions and own end-to-end execution.
- Mentor and raise the bar for other designers.
Requirements
- BS or equivalent experience with 6+ years in product design.
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered interaction design for real-time communication or collaboration products and experience managing complex, cross-functional, multi-timezone stakeholder projects.
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail with a passion for polish.
- Excellent communication skills to influence and engage partners.
- Expertise with prompting and vibe coding, Figma, and other relevant design/prototyping tools.
- Proven ability to design for both desktop and mobile for consistent cross-device experiences.
- Systems thinking and experience evolving design systems informed by user-centered design principles.
Compensation
- Salary range: Minimum $124,000; Maximum $271,200 (USD). Zoom notes Total Direct Compensation may include base salary, bonus, and equity. Starting pay is based on qualifications and experience and may vary by location.
