Role
Senior Product Designer working across Hike Medical’s product suite to design systems-based solutions for clinician partners and direct-to-consumer products. Own the design process end-to-end, collaborate closely with Product and Engineering, and help shape the standards and culture of the design team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ship high-quality design across complex, multi-surface products that impact patient health.
- Own design end-to-end: gather requirements, iterate on visuals, and guide engineering through implementation.
- Work in an AI-first environment using modern tooling to move faster and smarter.
- Collaborate with design and product leadership on strategy and long-term vision.
- Champion and evolve design principles and experience pillars; mentor and bring other designers and engineers along.
- Help build and evolve a company-wide design culture.
Requirements / Experience
- 5+ years designing desktop and mobile applications, ideally in complex, compliance-driven industries.
- Strong process thinking with judgment on when to apply processes and when not to.
- Experience with problem framing and facilitation of collaboration workshops.
- Deep experience with Design Systems and evolving them over time.
- Fluent in Figma from early explorations to high-fidelity prototypes and engineering handoff.
- Familiarity with a broader suite of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Pitch).
