About the Role
Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end mobile experience design for Staffbase’s Engagement team, shaping AI-native employee communication features on iOS and Android. The role owns design vision, rapid prototyping, and collaboration with product and engineering to deliver intuitive B2B/B2B2C mobile experiences.

Role
We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead and own end-to-end designs for the Engagement team, focusing on mobile app experiences (iOS and Android) for an AI-native Employee Experience Platform. You will define design strategy, drive execution, and shape the product and design culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the app experience: lead design vision, strategy, and execution for the Engagement stream
- Lead end-to-end design from exploration to polished delivery
- Use AI tools and vibe-coding to expand capabilities and iterate quickly (including pushing pull requests when needed)
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and researchers to align priorities and deliverables
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate to uncover opportunities and validate concepts
- Conduct user interviews and gather feedback to ground design decisions in real-world needs
- Champion design quality and contribute to shaping the team’s design culture
Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience in B2B or B2B2C with a focus on mobile apps (experience with intranets is a plus)
- Strong visual, interaction, and UX design skills
- Experience building interactive prototypes and comfortable with code experimentation or collaborative coding workflows
- Comfortable working in fast-iterating, startup-like environments with a bias for action
- Skilled at user research, synthesizing insights, and translating them into product experiences
- Able to take ownership, make decisions, and drive work forward with minimal oversight
- Bonus: deep understanding of designing for AI-native experiences
