Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end UX and UI for Havenly Brands’ AI-powered interior design platform and eCommerce experiences. Partner with Product and Engineering to define product direction, build scalable design systems, and use AI tools to speed ideation and delivery while influencing leadership and cross-functional alignment.

Role

Havenly Brands is hiring a Senior Product Designer to shape consumer-facing experiences across its AI-native interior design platform and eCommerce portfolio. This strategic role partners with Product and Engineering, reports to the SVP of Product and Technology, and involves influencing product direction, facilitating cross-functional alignment, and defining design standards across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product design for web and mobile experiences, from discovery through launch and iteration
  • Translate complex customer needs into intuitive, business-aligned solutions
  • Create and maintain scalable design systems across a multi-brand portfolio
  • Produce wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI with speed and craft
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to identify high-impact opportunities using customer research, data analysis, and competitive insight
  • Conduct and synthesize user research (interviews, usability tests, prototype evaluations) to inform decisions
  • Communicate design vision and rationale to leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Facilitate strategic collaboration and alignment on problems and solutions
  • Contribute to design team culture, processes, and standards; mentor and share advanced techniques
  • Connect design work to measurable business outcomes

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of product design experience on consumer-facing digital products (web and mobile)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, from research and problem framing to polished UI and measured outcomes
  • Deep expertise in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools
  • Active, AI-native workflow experience (using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Galileo AI or similar) to accelerate research, ideation, copy, prototyping, or production
  • Strong interaction design and visual craft skills: layout, hierarchy, typography, motion, and accessibility
  • Fluency in planning and conducting qualitative research and synthesizing insights into design direction
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, collaboration, and ownership mentality

Preferred / Nice-to-have

  • Experience designing AI-powered or generative features (recommendations, personalization, conversational UI, visualization tools)
  • Background in eCommerce, home/lifestyle, or marketplace products
  • Experience building and scaling design systems without slowing delivery
  • Experience with Vibe Coding / Agentic Engineering or building with AI workflows
  • Familiarity with front-end concepts (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) or design-to-code workflows
