Role
Serval is hiring a Senior Product GTM Manager to design and operate the company-wide GTM engine. This is a hands-on builder role focused on creating systems, content, and enablement that scale product messaging, enterprise selling motions, and launches — including using AI agents and centralized tooling to accelerate GTM activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product messaging and positioning; develop messaging frameworks that scale across mid-market and enterprise buyers.
- Contribute to a centralized, AI-powered GTM engine by building content and systems that help the team scale.
- Build and run sales enablement programs: training, battle cards, demo certification, onboarding, and ongoing enablement.
- Run product launches and turn releases into market moments that generate attention and pipeline.
- Drive the customer-product feedback loop by partnering with Product to identify buyer-relevant features and market positioning.
- Measure and own outcomes for GTM programs and iterate on systems and assets.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product marketing, product management, or solutions consulting leadership (mix of these backgrounds acceptable).
- Strong teaching/coaching instincts and experience creating training or enablement programs.
- Product-level technical depth: able to demo software, discuss architecture, and understand platform functionality without hand-holding.
- Strong content production skills: clear copywriting, logical information structure, and effective deck creation.
- High interpersonal energy: comfortable presenting, building relationships, and leading trainings.
- Builder mentality: experience creating programs and systems from scratch and owning outcomes.
Nice to have
- Experience with vibe coding tools and integrating them into workflows.
- Background in solutions consulting, storytelling, and program design.
- Experience in enterprise software, IT, or workflow automation.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and video-based training production.
- Experience scaling enablement for a sales team through high-growth phases.
