Senior Product Manager (Adoption)
Heavy emphasis on using AI tools and AI coding assistants for rapid prototyping and shipping; building an AI Adoption product that helps enterprises adopt AI at scale.
About the Role
Lead a small, high-velocity squad building Multiverse’s AI Adoption Platform to move a successful MVP from pilot to scale; combine strategic product leadership with hands-on prototyping using AI tools, managing and growing a team of PMs and working closely with engineering, design, and GTM stakeholders.
Job Description
Role
Senior Product Manager on the Adoption AI Team leading the build and scaling of Multiverse’s AI Adoption Platform. You will report to the VP of Product, directly manage two PMs, and work with a dedicated engineering pod to turn a high-performing pilot into a production platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own product strategy and vision for the AI Adoption Platform alongside the VP of Product.
- Drive product roadmap planning and prioritisation across the platform suite, managing dependencies and delivery pace.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of PMs (regular 1:1s, feedback, coaching, performance reviews, hiring input).
- Prototype and ship: build prototypes using AI tools and work hands-on with the engineering team to deliver outcomes.
- Move the product from MVP to scale, iterating rapidly based on adoption data and customer value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, GTM, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and adoption.
Requirements
- Proven experience taking a B2B product from 0 to 1 and shipping commercially successful products.
- Demonstrated people leadership: managing and mentoring PMs, hiring instinct, and developing teams.
- Strong product strategy skills and the ability to hold both high-level vision and execution details.
- Hands-on prototyping experience using AI tools (must be comfortable building alongside the team).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence execs and engineers.
- B2B product management experience with understanding of enterprise customer dynamics.
- Technical literacy with familiarity navigating full-stack environments; ideally experience with AWS and React.
Working Style & Principles
- Owner mindset: drive initiatives end-to-end and make decisive trade-offs.
- Experimentation: launch imperfect solutions, test in the wild, and iterate based on adoption data.
- Customer-first: prioritise role-specific use cases that solve real enterprise pain points.
- Hands-on leadership: expected to build as well as lead; not a purely delegatory role.
Interview Process
- Recruiter screen
- Hiring manager interview (focus on builder mindset)
- Building assignment: prototype using AI tools and present to cross-functional stakeholders
- Final interview with senior leadership on operating principles and long-term fit
