Senior Product Manager, Agent Builder

Role

As Senior Product Manager for Agent Builder, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Plaud’s Agent Builder Platform. Your mission is to enable users and partners to build, customize, and deploy AI agents by defining core platform capabilities and shipping scalable, reliable features that expand the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Agent Builder Platform.
• Define and prioritize core capabilities such as agent orchestration, workflow design, integrations, and developer/creator tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with AI research, engineering, design, and business teams to deliver platform features.
• Translate market and user insights into platform improvements and product requirements.
• Measure impact, own growth and engagement metrics, and lead experiments to improve developer and creator success.
• Balance innovation speed with scalability, reliability, and long-term platform health.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience working in global companies and at least 1 year building an agent product that reached 0–1 user adoption.
• Capable of building demos using vibe coding.
• Strong knowledge of engineering and AI concepts and the ability to work effectively with technical teams.
• Comfortable collaborating across time zones and working asynchronously.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, adaptability, and a proactive orientation toward driving outcomes.

• Base salary: $170,000 - $200,000 plus performance bonus and equity.
