Senior Product Manager, AI

Role

Senior Product Manager, AI responsible for shaping and executing Dealpath’s AI product strategy to deliver measurable business outcomes for real estate investment workflows. You’ll partner with AI/ML, engineering, design, and customers to prototype, validate, and ship production AI features while representing Dealpath’s AI vision externally.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive a forward-looking AI product vision and roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams (AI/ML, front-end engineering, design, marketing) to deliver polished, production-ready AI products.
• Rapidly prototype and vibe-code AI proof-of-concepts for early user testing and validation.
• Build and maintain AI evals to validate model performance and diagnose failures; participate in systems and agent design discussions.
• Identify high-leverage AI opportunities across the deal lifecycle (sourcing, screening, underwriting, asset management) to reduce manual work.
• Engage directly with enterprise clients to uncover pain points, pressure-test solutions, and manage expectations during AI calibration phases.
• Lead thought leadership activities: create content, host webinars, and represent Dealpath at industry events.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience with significant time shipping AI-powered products.
• Proven experience working alongside ML engineers: creating/iterating AI evals, diagnosing model failures, and driving continuous improvement.
• Comfortable spinning up rough AI prototypes and vibe-coding POCs for user testing.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG pipelines, agentic systems, and MCP sufficient for build-vs-buy decisions and technical conversations.
• Experience designing products with human calibration, oversight, and feedback loops; strong product intuition about automation vs. human-in-the-loop.
• Strong customer engagement and communication skills, including presenting complex AI concepts to executives and customers.
• Ability to work in the San Francisco or NYC office 3+ days per week.

• Experience in real estate, private equity, or investment management.
• Background in enterprise SaaS, collaboration software, or data visualization tools.
• Experience developing monetization strategies for AI products.

Compensation & Benefits

• Eligible for total on target earnings (OTE) of $175,000 - $200,000 annually (base + target variable).

Location & Work Arrangement

• Hybrid: expected in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (3+ days/week) in San Francisco or New York City.
