Senior Product Manager — AI Native

Role

As a Senior Product Manager — AI Native (Level IV) at GoDaddy, you will lead the design and delivery of AI-first platform capabilities, collaborating across Product, Engineering, and Marketing to prototype and build reusable platform features. You will act as a technical PM for full-stack capabilities, contribute directly through AI-based vibe-coding (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor), and maintain a dynamic 6+ month roadmap to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering to identify and design flexible, reusable platform capabilities.
• Validate ideas through AI-built prototypes rather than static documentation and contribute directly via vibe-coding.
• Serve as a technical Product Manager for full-stack capabilities and work closely with Engineering Managers to build and launch features.
• Use AI to review, interpret, and communicate complex engineering systems, bridging technical architecture and product strategy.
• Build and maintain a dynamic 6+ month roadmap, including light-weight project plans, dependency maps, and cost models.
• Guide other engineering teams through technical adoption of the platform capabilities you create.
• Drive continual improvements in functionality, usability, performance, and cost through rapid prototyping, experimentation, and data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience launching products or features used at scale.
• 3+ years leading product and/or engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience coding with AI tools such as Claude Code or Cursor and proven experience launching AI-coded features or applications in production.
• Proven track record of achieving strong customer and business outcomes and defining technology or product vision.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain and adapt a dynamic product roadmap in rapidly changing market and customer conditions.
