Role
Senior Product Manager / Builder responsible for the multi-year vision, roadmap, and execution for the Revenue Operations & Intelligence domain. The role covers end-to-end Order-to-Cash, billing, compliance, financial reporting connections, and customer lifecycle optimization, with a focus on backend-heavy systems and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, own, and champion the strategic roadmap for Revenue Operations & Intelligence aligned with company growth and compliance objectives.
- Own the full Order-to-Cash process, including transaction and order management, billing logic, compliance processing, and invoice generation.
- Architect workflows and structured data to be operable by both people and automated/agentic systems (agent-ready product design).
- Use AI-assisted prototyping to rapidly test and validate ideas, shortening the path from discovery to working concepts.
- Drive strategy for internal financial reporting and build reliable integrations with third-party accounting systems used by customers.
- Optimize customer lifecycle to improve LTV and reduce churn.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team (Engineering, Design, Data) and partner closely with Finance and Customer Success to ensure operational rigor.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or FinTech, focused on transactional, financial, or FinOps systems.
- Strong practical experience with Order Management and revenue cycle mechanics, including billing processes and financial compliance.
- Experience with Business Intelligence initiatives aimed at LTV improvement and churn reduction.
- Hands-on, AI-assisted builder mindset: comfortable using AI tooling to move from idea to prototype without waiting for engineering; familiarity with vibe coding approaches.
- Systems thinking for designing agent-ready systems: structured data, clean interfaces, and clear decision logic for automated agents.
- Leadership experience with hands-on execution in discovery, requirements definition, and backlog management.
- Strong stakeholder management across Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and Engineering.
Nice-to-Have
- Deep financial domain knowledge (subscription management, e-invoicing, multi-jurisdictional taxation).
- Experience with accounting systems APIs such as Xero or QuickBooks.
- Experience designing or evaluating agentic/LLM-powered workflows.
