About the Role

Lead product development for Adobe’s data platform extensions and internal applications, driving AI-first workflows and tools that improve data onboarding, schema validation, and insights across Adobe Experience Platform. Collaborate with engineering, design, and business partners to prototype, measure, and scale platform-enabled products that increase data adoption and operational efficiency.

Job Description

Role

Senior Product Manager focused on accelerating innovation on top of Adobe’s data platforms by building extensions, internal applications, and intelligent workflows with an AI-first approach. The role sits at the intersection of platform and applied data, translating business challenges into high-impact internal products and driving adoption across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and scale applications that augment Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) native capabilities to improve usability, flexibility, and integration for internal teams.
  • Lead development of data onboarding workflows and schema validation tools to support data discovery, onboarding, issue resolution, and campaign setup for tools such as RTCDP, AJO, and CJA.
  • Drive creation of contextual knowledge bases from structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data for LLM agents.
  • Collaborate with solution engineers, growth marketers, design, and business partners to identify friction points, author product requirement documents (PRDs), and drive execution.
  • Prototype UI/wireframe concepts and validate user feedback before full-scale builds using vibe coding and lightweight prototyping tools.
  • Define and track success metrics (onboarding speed, data adoption rate, schema coverage, experiment cycle time) and evangelize platform extensions to build awareness and adoption.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of product management experience in data platforms, internal tooling, or AI applications.
  • Strong understanding of data pipelines, schemas, APIs, and workflow orchestration.
  • Experience building knowledge databases for LLM agents and familiarity with AI/LLM-based systems.
  • Hands-on comfort with data analysis (SQL or equivalent) and defining performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to translate technical complexity into user-centric product experiences and to evangelize product capabilities across teams.
  • Experience building lightweight prototypes (examples: Figma, Loveable, Cursor).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or similar customer data platforms.

Compensation

  • U.S. pay range: $125,800 - $239,725 annually. California pay range: $165,600 - $239,725 annually.
  • Non-sales roles: base salary with short-term incentives via Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives (new hire equity awards).
