About the Role
Lead the vision and roadmap for Plaud’s developer platform, owning APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and integration layers to enable third parties to build on Plaud. Drive platform architecture, developer experience, adoption with partners, and governance to ensure secure, scalable, and high-quality integrations.

Role
Senior Product Manager responsible for Plaud’s developer ecosystem, including APIs, SDKs, webhooks, data ingestion pipelines (speech, text, video), intelligence extraction, and AI agent orchestration. Own the product vision, roadmap, platform architecture, developer experience, and adoption strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the developer platform vision and roadmap (APIs, SDKs, webhooks, integration layers).
- Specify platform architecture and developer experience across data ingestion, intelligence extraction, and AI agent orchestration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with AI engineering, design, and business development to build a scalable, secure, and open platform.
- Drive ecosystem adoption with early developer partners and legacy SaaS vendors to build agentic applications on Plaud.
- Establish developer success metrics, governance, and quality standards for integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience at global companies and at least 1 year experience building an agent product that achieved initial (0–1) user adoption.
- Able to build demos using vibe coding.
- Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating asynchronously.
- Strong communication skills with empathy; adaptive, collaborative, and proactive.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $170,000–$200,000 (base) plus performance bonus and equity.
