Role
As Senior Product Manager for MyHealthTeam you will own the core user journey and lead product strategy to increase monthly active users (MAU), drive user-generated content, and deepen engagement and retention across patient communities. You will define the roadmap, run experiments, and ship features that scale personalized experiences, leveraging analytics and GenAI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product for the core user journey from initial habit moment to power-user status.
- Define and execute a bold product strategy and roadmap to boost MAU and user-generated content.
- Design, run, and learn from experiments and A/B tests to measure impact and iterate quickly.
- Build personalized experiences at scale using data, insights, and GenAI-powered features in partnership with Capability PMs.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Content, and Marketing to deliver results and communicate product direction.
- Conduct user research, dogfooding, and analytics to champion user needs and improve the product experience.
- Mentor peers, share best practices, and contribute to a high-performance product culture.
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- 30 days: Master the user journey, core metrics, and user needs; form perspective on product quality.
- 60 days: Establish cross-functional relationships and launch five impactful experiments or enhancements with clear success criteria.
- 90 days: Influence the next-quarter roadmap with proposals to advance MAU and user-generated content and present product work internally.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of Product Manager experience (10+ years welcome) shipping consumer-facing digital features at scale.
- Strong product strategy and execution skills: roadmap definition, ticketing, and well-specified acceptance criteria.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort in analytics, experimentation, and rapid decision-making.
- Experience or strong interest in personalization and GenAI-powered features.
- Familiarity with experimentation platforms (e.g., VWO) and A/B testing practices.
- Excellent cross-functional communication, stakeholder influence, user empathy, and product taste.
- Healthcare or community platform experience is a plus.
