Role
SiftHub is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own AI-native product experiences for deal orchestration that accelerate revenue workflows. The role is customer-facing and requires close partnership with engineering, design, and sales to shape product narratives, support solutioning, and execute features end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering and design to build and iterate AI-native product features across the deal lifecycle
- Work with sales as a solutions expert to understand customer requirements and support solutioning for deals
- Run live product demos, technical discovery calls, and solution scoping sessions with prospects and customers
- Translate customer use cases and deal scenarios into product requirements, user stories, and feature enhancements
- Own end-to-end execution of features from discovery and scoping to launch and iteration
- Use product analytics and user behavior to drive continuous improvements in performance and usability
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth rollouts and customer adoption
- Maintain competitive intelligence and translate positioning gaps into roadmap priorities
Requirements
- Master’s in Business Administration or related field
- 6+ years in B2B SaaS, with a record of launching AI products and driving growth in early-stage startups
- Hands-on experience with AI-native products (LLMs, agents, automation workflows)
- Strong customer-facing experience, including demos and solution scoping with enterprise buyers
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data models (CRM schemas, SSO/SCIM), and understanding of LLM pipelines and agentic workflows
- Comfortable with rapid prototyping and “vibe coding” using AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Replit) to build prototypes and POCs without relying solely on engineering
- Solid understanding of product analytics, user behavior, and iterative product development
