About the Role
Senior Technical Product Manager for Prime Video Partner Experience responsible for identifying and owning high-leverage partner-facing product opportunities from ideation to launch. The role requires deep partner discovery, technical fluency, data-driven decision making, and shipping scalable platform capabilities that help content partners monetize, measure, and grow on Prime Video.
Job Description
Role
Prime Video is hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager on the Partner Experience team to lead partner-facing platform products used by 10,000+ content partners. This high-autonomy role focuses on discovering partner problems, defining vision and roadmaps, and driving 0-to-1 product delivery that scales across partners and verticals.
Key Responsibilities

- Operate as a builder PM: frame opportunities, define product vision, prototype and test user experiences, and drive cross-functional execution from 0 to 1.
- Collaborate closely with engineering; speak developer language, dive into data/logs/basic code concepts to unblock teams.
- Define and instrument success metrics; use data for rapid iteration and prioritization.
- Represent Prime Video externally at partner meetings, industry events, and executive reviews.
- Influence roadmaps across product and engineering without direct authority, using narratives and data-driven proposals.
- Leverage AI/ML and emerging technologies to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and delivery.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 3+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and product strategy.
- Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and feature tradeoffs.
- Experience managing technical products or online services and representing diverse stakeholders during executive prioritization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with engineering teams and familiarity with project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.
- Hands-on experience building, launching, or scaling applications using applicative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or AI-assisted IDEs.
- Portfolio of side projects, internal tools, or MVPs built using modern “vibe coding” or AI-augmented development stacks.
