About the Role

Coordinate across engineering, AI/ML, platform, design, and GTM to deliver secure, multi-tenant, agent-ready connectors and tooling primitives.
Job Description
Role
Plaud is hiring a Senior Product Manager (Integrations) to own end-to-end product strategy for third-party integrations. The role focuses on defining which workflows to support, how external data should flow into core experiences, and how integrations materially improve user outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own integration product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics (integration setup success, integration-dependent usage, context completeness, workflow adoption).
- Design and evolve a unified integration layer supporting direct API connectors and MCP-based tool/server surfaces, covering permissioning, multi-tenant isolation, standardized action schemas/data contracts, and tooling primitives.
- Translate external system signals into agent-ready context or actions; partner with AI/ML, platform, and application teams to ensure auth-to-action safety, tool-call observability, and improved AI outcome quality.
- Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, design, AI, platform infra, and GTM to ensure reliable, secure integrations aligned with product architecture.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years Product Management experience, including 3+ years as a Technical Product Manager owning APIs/integrations or platform capabilities end-to-end (connectors, auth, permissions, multi-tenant concerns).
- Strong technical depth with hands-on coding experience preferred (production/internal tools/automation) and experience building AI-enabled or automation-heavy products.
- Experience defining data contracts, cross-product schemas, and debugging integration flows with engineers.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional execution and strong prioritization and strategic judgment in sequencing integrations by workflow value and business impact.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $170,000 - $200,000 plus performance bonus and equity.

- 401(k) with company matching.
