Role
The Senior Product Marketing Manager, Agentic Applications, will define how Microsoft shows up in the emerging “app + agent” space across Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Agent and App Framework, and Microsoft 365 tooling. This hands-on role requires building demos, reference architectures, and messaging that translate product capabilities into enterprise-ready narratives for both citizen and professional developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and land Microsoft’s application development story, articulating how apps, agents, and workflows are built, deployed, governed, and experienced together.
- Build and demo end-to-end apps showcasing AI-assisted creation, coding agents, managed environments, security, governance, and enterprise deployment.
- Market to both citizen developers and pro developers with differentiated messaging and assets that demonstrate convergence on a common enterprise runtime and control plane.
- Create high-impact marketing assets: pitch decks, demos, reference architectures, sample apps, and analyst-briefing content.
- Lead analyst-facing storytelling, owning briefings, demo narratives, and supporting materials to position Microsoft as the long-term platform for agentic applications.
- Partner with engineering and design to influence roadmap readiness and prioritization based on market and analyst insights.
- Set direction, create alignment, and drive execution through cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Requirements
- Education/experience: Master’s in Marketing/CS/Business plus 3+ years product marketing experience OR Bachelor’s plus 5+ years, or equivalent experience. Preferred: Master’s +6+ years or Bachelor’s +8+ years or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with engineering and technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience building agents or AI systems using code-first and low-code tools such as Microsoft Power Platform, GitHub, Claude, and Copilot Studio.
- Proven project management and v-team leadership experience; ability to prioritize and operate in ambiguous, fast-moving technical spaces.
- Strong technical fluency and the ability to speak credibly to developer audiences.
Compensation (excerpt)
- U.S. base pay range: USD 106,400 - 203,600 per year. San Francisco Bay Area and NYC metro base pay range: USD 137,600 - 222,600 per year.
