Senior Project Manager - KI-Implementierung (m/w/d)

Role

Senior Project Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of AI-agent implementation projects for German Mittelstand clients. You will run discovery workshops, scope solutions, build rapid prototypes (Claude Skills, n8n workflows, prompts), hand requirements to engineering, and drive adoption to produce fast, visible ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer projects in parallel: schedule, scope, track status, and ensure delivery.
• Prepare, run and document workshops and discovery sessions with C-level and domain experts.
• Run weekly customer calls, present demos, gather feedback and identify follow-on use cases.
• Translate customer requirements into engineering-ready specifications and handovers.
• Build quick prototypes and demos yourself (Claude Skills, n8n workflows, prompts, JSON-based integrations) to validate use cases within days.
• Support pre-sales: estimate opportunities, structure proposals, and use workshops as sales tools.
• Create customer documentation: specs, handovers, and reports.

Requirements

Must-have

• 3–7 years professional experience, with at least 2 years in tech-adjacent consulting, innovation/digital units, B2B-SaaS solutions consulting, or technology-driven customer-facing roles.
• Proven experience running multiple customer projects end-to-end, including workshops at executive level.
• Strong German communication skills; ability to engage both executives and developers.
• Hands-on AI affinity: able to build prompts, configure n8n or a Claude Skill, understand APIs and read JSON/logs.
• Entrepreneurial judgement: evaluate business value of use cases and make pragmatic decisions.

Highly valuable

• Regular use of AI tools in your own work (Claude, Cursor, Lovable, n8n) and familiarity with “Vibe Coding” approaches.
• Pre-sales / solution-selling experience and ability to turn workshop outcomes into commercial opportunities.
• Experience with Mittelstand or scaleups and running live demos for customers.

Nice to have

• Experience with agent frameworks, LLM-APIs, RAG, MCP or low-code automation tools.
• Side projects or repos using Lovable, Bolt, Claude Skills or n8n (links welcome).

First Weeks

• Weeks 1–4/6: shadow and support ongoing projects, gradually take over workshops and calls, learn the platform and process.
• Weeks 6–8: independently manage 2–3 customer projects.
• Month 3: take responsibility for a significant portion of the implementation pipeline.
