About the Role
Lead the technical development, integration and migration of the SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) landscape at dmTECH, driving architecture modernization towards cloud and event-driven solutions. Act as a technical consultant and hands-on architect coordinating stakeholders, enabling the team, and managing external partners to deliver sustainable transport process solutions.

Role
Lead the technical design, development and evolution of the SAP TM landscape and its technological foundation, supporting migration at group level and the transition to modern cloud and event-driven architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, validate and implement technical solution concepts and perform technical process and requirements analyses in collaboration with the business.
- Further develop the architecture using technologies such as SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry, event-driven architectures, AI and automation.
- Provide technical leadership for international projects, including communication, planning and coordination of activities.
- Independently involve and align stakeholders and coordinate external partners across project phases and production operations.
- Support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and operations for SAP TM solutions.
Requirements
- University degree (e.g., Computer Science, Industrial Engineering), ideally with logistics focus.
- Proven experience in SAP TM or strong motivation to acquire deep SAP TM expertise to support migration efforts.
- Experience with cloud architectures (e.g., SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry) and strong interest in event-driven architectures, AI (“KI”), “vibe coding” and automation.
- Knowledge of SAP system customizing and integration and experience in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
- Leadership skills for technical topics, strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience in project and requirements management.
