Senior ServiceNow & Low-Code/No-Code Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and scaling enterprise-grade digital applications using ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Mendix. The role focuses on rapid application development, workflow automation, integrations, security, compliance, and driving platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise applications using ServiceNow, Power Apps and Mendix (Studio Pro).
- Build scalable workflows, microflows, UI/UX, data models, and business logic for end-to-end solutions.
- Define and implement low-code architecture standards, reusable components, and best practices.
- Deliver solution designs for simple (ServiceNow & Power Apps) and complex (Mendix) use cases.
- Integrate applications with enterprise systems (SAP, ServiceNow, APIs, Azure services) using REST APIs and middleware.
- Develop and configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, service catalog items and ITSM modules.
- Ensure scalability, performance, security, governance, audit trails, role-based access, and data controls.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, product owners and delivery teams to translate business requirements.
- Mentor junior developers and support citizen-developer enablement.
- Evaluate new platform capabilities (including AI features) and contribute to the platform roadmap.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience: 8–10 years in application development with a strong focus on low-code platforms.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development (workflow configuration, catalog items, forms, integrations).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Hands-on experience with Mendix (Studio Pro, microflows, domain models, integrations).
- Experience with Appian, SAP integrations, REST APIs, middleware platforms and Azure services (preferred).
- Knowledge of platform architecture, security, governance, SOX/compliance-driven workflows (preferred).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models, DevOps practices, CI/CD and version control.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and mentoring/leadership skills.
- Availability to work UK-shift timing (12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST), Monday to Friday.
Location & Schedule
- Location: Kharadi, Pune (Hybrid). Role is based in Pune with hybrid office working and UK shift timing.
