Role
As a Senior Solutions Consultant (APAC, based in Sydney) you will support Account Executives throughout the sales cycle by articulating the technical and business value of Copado’s Agentia platform. You will design and deliver demos, architecture presentations, workshops, proofs of value, and RFx responses that demonstrate rapid, auditable ROI for enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives on enterprise sales opportunities across APAC and provide pre-sales technical support
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations and architecture presentations across the software delivery lifecycle
- Lead solution workshops, proofs of value (POVs), and trial engagements to prove quantifiable ROI
- Respond to RFx requests and manage bid processes emphasizing Copado’s AgentOps value proposition
- Architect customer-specific solutions addressing their challenges and pain points
- Enable and support the APAC partner ecosystem to position and demonstrate the Agentia platform
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Support, and Services to drive customer success and upsell
- Represent Copado at field events, industry conferences, and customer briefings
- Contribute to sales strategy and build relationships with technical customer stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant business and technology experience, with a strong track record in pre-sales or technical consulting
- Located in Sydney or Melbourne with the Right to Work in Australia
- Proven experience with Salesforce implementations and/or Salesforce certifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical presentations and communicate business value clearly
- Proficiency in enterprise application design, solution architecture, and modern technology stacks
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple opportunities across a broad geography
- Ability to travel to industry events and onsite customer meetings in Australia, New Zealand, and ASEAN as required
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience or certifications with Copado or other DevOps solutions
- Familiarity with AI agents, AgentOps concepts, or Salesforce Agentforce/Data 360
- Experience with SDLC, release management, CI/CD pipeline design, or test automation
- Background in data integration, data privacy requirements, or compliance-driven delivery
Location & Travel
- APAC role based in Sydney (candidates in Melbourne considered). Right to Work in Australia required. Role requires regional travel for customer meetings and events.
