Role
Senior Specialist (Dev), AI Operations responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-first solutions and autonomous agents that improve workflows, automate processes, and enhance data accessibility for Customer Operations. The role emphasizes Python-based development, integration with core systems, and close collaboration with business stakeholders and engineering partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy AI applications and tools using Python and relevant LLM frameworks to support Customer Ops needs.
- Partner with analysts to identify failure modes, “close the loop” on model performance, and implement fixes to improve reliability.
- Translate business goals into technical requirements for AI agents and automation in collaboration with Customer Ops leadership.
- Work with Engineering and Data Engineering to ensure seamless integration between AI tools and core systems and resolve technical discrepancies.
- Create automation scripts and run A/B tests on AI features to validate performance metrics (accuracy, speed).
- Communicate technical concepts and project progress clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 1–3 years of professional software development experience, with demonstrated experience using Python for automation or AI tasks.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools (explicitly mentions Cursor and Windsurf).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and coding skills with the ability to diagnose and fix LLM output issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate business objectives into technical specifications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and adapt to changing priorities in an AI-first environment.
