Role
Senior Technical Lead / Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) working on a Trading Analytics Platform. Responsible for building and enhancing backend, frontend, and data‑sourcing components for a modern web application and owning module delivery aligned to release plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable and secure solutions using .NET
- Build React UIs following best-practice layered architecture
- Design, structure, implement and test code with minimal supervision
- Own module delivery and align work to release plans
- Deliver rapid module releases and manage risks, dependencies, and integration timelines
- Ensure compliance with organizational frameworks and engineering best practices
- Collaborate with global teams and product stakeholders
Requirements
- 3–7 years’ experience (posting lists 5–7 years preferred) in full-stack development
- Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET/.NET Core/MVC, SQL, JavaScript, and React
- API integration experience
- Ability to deliver end-to-end modules independently
- Exposure to database design or querying is a plus
- Experience building products from scratch is preferable
- Self-driven, persistent, and goal-oriented
- Open to using AI and has initial experience with vibe-coding
