Role
Senior UI/UX Designer taking creative responsibility for client projects or subprojects, designing complex functional and marketing interfaces (web, app, webapp) and advancing design systems from exploration to final screens. You will prepare developer handovers, ensure technical feasibility with frontend teams, and act as sparring partner for the Creative Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Own visual and UX design across projects: exploration, responsive layouts, interaction states and final screens.
- Develop and maintain component libraries and design systems in Figma (variants, states, responsive behavior, design tokens, naming, usage guidelines).
- Produce clickable prototypes, information architecture, user flows and interaction logic.
- Prepare specifications and lead design handovers to development.
- Ensure accessibility as part of the design process (WCAG 2.1).
- Align with frontend engineering on technical feasibility and collaborate in workshops and client decision phases.
Requirements
- 4+ years of UI/UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating visual excellence and conceptual depth.
- Deep Figma expertise (libraries, auto-layout, variants, design tokens, interactive prototyping, developer handover).
- Proven experience with design systems and component-based design methodologies (e.g., Atomic Design).
- Strong UX skills: information architecture, user flows, interaction design.
- Experience collaborating with frontend developers and estimating effort/impact.
- Self-organized working style and very good German and English skills.

- Experience with WCAG 2.1 AA/AAA and accessible design.
- Experience with enterprise clients and complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Motion design, micro-interactions and prototyping beyond Figma.
- Experience with AI-assisted design workflows and vibe-coding for early functional prototypes.
