Senior UX Designer on Google Ads focusing on AI and data infrastructure. Design and prototype agentic systems and generative UIs to transform complex support workflows into interactive, system-driven experiences that prioritize trust, safety, and experience coherence. Partner closely with Engineering and AI Research to define system logic, behavior models, and shared experimentation environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrate autonomous systems and generative UI by defining complex system logic and behavior models for agentic flows.
- Lead human-centered evaluation practices for AI-driven products, including methods for trust calibration, cognitive load assessment, and redefining success metrics toward experience coherence.
- Identify and build AI-assisted workflows and automated evaluation systems to scale design capacity and accelerate iteration cycles.
- Evolve design craft with AI-first methods, moving from static artifacts to interactive, system-driven prototypes and experience infrastructure.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product Management, AI Research) to establish agentic experimentation environments and ensure coherent multi-agent experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in UX design, product design, or a related field.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence technologies, including Generative AI, and integrating AI into design workflows.
- Experience in leadership, design strategy, design patterns, and design thinking.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- 2 years of experience leading design projects.
Compensation
- US base salary range: $159,000 - $233,000 (base only). Compensation also includes bonus, equity, and benefits; exact pay varies by role, level, and location.
