Senior UX Designer
Explicitly requires vibe coding for functional prototypes and uses generative AI and LLM-assisted workflows for rapid exploration and specification.
About the Role
Senior UX Designer focused on end-to-end experience design for enterprise agentic interfaces that enable users to delegate to, collaborate with, and supervise AI agents. The role combines interaction and conversational design, trust-calibration patterns, and AI-augmented prototyping (including vibe coding and generative AI) to deliver production-ready designs and framework-level design systems.
Job Description
Role
Senior UX Designer responsible for owning end-to-end experience design for enterprise agentic interfaces. The role focuses on designing conversational workflows, multi-step task orchestration, contextual interventions, and trust-calibration patterns that help developers and knowledge workers delegate to, collaborate with, and supervise AI agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end experience design for enterprise agentic interfaces, including conversational workflows, multi-step task orchestration, and contextual interventions.
- Design trust-calibration patterns that enable users to confidently delegate to, collaborate with, and supervise AI agents.
- Craft experiences for systems where agents discover information across fragmented sources and navigate governance and access constraints on behalf of users.
- Surface decision-ready context rather than raw answers within multi-agent, multi-turn interactions.
- Apply conversational design principles to architect intent, handle ambiguity, and manage repair and fallback.
- Maintain coherence across interactions so the user’s mental model of “who is doing what” remains clear.
- Shape an agentic experience framework, contributing to the underlying design system, interaction patterns, and heuristics across an enterprise ecosystem.
- Deliver production-ready designs alongside foundational framework contributions.
- Vibe code functional prototypes and use generative AI to rapidly explore layout and content variations; leverage LLM-assisted workflows to accelerate research synthesis and specification writing.
- Translate ambiguous problem spaces into coherent, testable experience frameworks and articulate design rationale to engineering and product partners.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience in UX design.
- Mastery of UX/UI design tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex, multi-state interaction design.
- Understanding of conversational design principles (dialogue scripting, ambiguity handling, repair and fallback, multi-turn coherence).
- Experience designing for multi-agent interactions and maintaining clear user mental models.
- Proficiency with AI-native design and prototyping tools, including vibe coding functional prototypes and generative AI for layout exploration.
- Experience orchestrating and iterating LLM-assisted workflows with sound judgment on outputs.
- Ability to translate ambiguous problem spaces into coherent, testable experience frameworks and contribute to design systems and interaction heuristics.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward making; ability to move between production delivery and foundational framework work.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design rationale to engineering and product partners.
- Proficiency in English at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
