Senior executive role reporting to the Chief AI Officer responsible for defining and executing Ashley Furniture’s multi-year AI product vision and roadmap. Lead and scale an enterprise AI product organization to deliver AI-native applications, agentic workflows, and automation that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the enterprise AI product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio; run ROI-driven portfolio reviews with senior leadership.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and scale AI-native applications and multi-agent workflows across retail, supply chain, and manufacturing.
- Establish and operate a modern AI product delivery model integrating business, engineering, platform, and data teams.
- Drive AI product innovation (agentic commerce, customer service, supply chain planning, manufacturing automation) and accelerate high-value use cases from concept to measurable impact.
- Implement product discovery and experimentation frameworks, define value metrics, and drive adoption through enablement and change management.
- Partner with AI Governance, Security, and Legal to implement privacy, security, and safety guardrails for responsible AI operations.
- Collaborate with AI Platform and Data teams to meet enterprise SLAs (latency, reliability, cost, data quality).
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing AI Product organization and embedded AI champions across the business.
- Evaluate and manage strategic vendor partnerships; lead build-vs-buy decisions.
- Own AI product budgets and measure/report portfolio ROI to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related quantitative field; advanced technical degree preferred.
- 12+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading AI/ML products at enterprise scale.
- Demonstrated success delivering AI-powered products with measurable business outcomes.
- Deep familiarity with LLMs, context engineering, RAG, MCP, multi-agent AI systems, AI evaluation frameworks, model fine-tuning, and operational considerations (latency, cost, reliability, privacy).
- Experience with vibe coding and app development tools (examples listed: Replit, lovable, Streamlit).
- Exceptional executive communication skills and ability to align stakeholders across technology and business functions.
- Proven leadership experience building and managing high-performing product teams.
