Role
Senior AI/Automation Developer on the AI & Automation team building full-stack applications and data solutions using vibe coding and AI-assisted development. The role focuses on integrating AI platforms, automating business processes, designing data pipelines and visualizations, and delivering enterprise-grade integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development & AI Integration
- Develop end-to-end applications using vibe coding methods and AI-assisted workflows.
- Integrate AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, and Copilot; use AI-powered development tools like Claude Code and Cursor.
- Implement responsive front-end interfaces and robust back-end services; develop APIs and enterprise integrations.
Data Engineering & Analytics
- Design and implement data pipelines, ETL processes, and real-time data flows (Azure Data Factory or similar).
- Build Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations; create and maintain data models using Star Schema, Snowflake, and ER modeling.
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and database performance optimization.
Automation & Process Optimization
- Develop automation and RPA solutions (UiPath, Power Platform) to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
- Create intelligent workflows that incorporate AI decision-making and process monitoring for continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Solution Delivery
- Participate in discovery and requirements gathering; collaborate with Product Management, Solutions Architecture, and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms and API integration: OpenAI, Claude, Copilot; familiarity with AI-powered dev tools (Claude Code, Cursor) and agentic AI methodologies.
- Proficiency with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) and RPA tools such as UiPath.
- Strong ETL experience (Azure Data Factory or similar), expert-level SQL, and data modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake, ER modeling).
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and/or PowerShell for automation and scripting; experience with modern web frameworks (React, Angular, or similar).
- API development, version control (Git), and collaborative development practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- AI/ML certifications and advanced ETL experience.
- Enterprise delivery experience in large corporate environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and DevOps/CI-CD practices.
- Advanced analytics and data storytelling capabilities.
Location & Work Model
- Hybrid role with expectations of in-office days for employees within commutable distance to hub offices (Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, New York). Specific in-office requirements vary by hub.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary range: $68,000 - $110,400.
