Role
We are hiring a Senior/Staff Web Analyst to own the end-to-end data lifecycle for Web and App platforms, moving the organization toward an AI-first data governance model. You will define tracking requirements, design automated generation and validation pipelines, and establish real-time observability to ensure audit-ready, high-quality data.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of tracking strategies covering requirements, generation, and automated validation
- Architect AI-native automation pipelines that generate tracking blueprints and validation scripts
- Build a “Live Truth” monitoring framework providing real-time visibility into tracking health with low latency
- Enable engineering teams via AI-assisted tools and self-service platforms for easier implementation and verification of tracking
- Implement release gates and data governance measures to prevent data drift and ensure data integrity for downstream BI and reporting
- Act as an internal consultant to communicate technical tracking requirements and support debugging/implementation
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in web and mobile app analytics (e.g., GA4, GTM) with deep knowledge of data layer architecture and tracking best practices
- Hands-on experience with SQL and JavaScript; ability to read and debug front-end code
- Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (Nuxt, React)
- Strong architectural mindset with experience building scalable, self-service infrastructure that reduces manual reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with PMs and engineering teams
- Passion for AI and automation; experience or strong interest in leveraging AI agents, LLMs, or tools like Cursor and MCPs to automate workflows
Nice-to-Have / Bonus
- Experience building or fine-tuning RAG systems or deploying custom AI agents for operational workflows
- Deep experience with E2E testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright) and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines for data validation
- Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in AI-agent or data engineering communities
