ServiceNow (ITOM) - Gen AI - Agentic AI

Role

ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) engineer responsible for applying Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks to enhance IT operations and align AI capabilities with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and administer ServiceNow ITOM solutions to support incident management and service request fulfillment processes.
• Integrate Generative/Agentic AI capabilities and prompt engineering to provide scalable, responsible, and business-aligned AI functionality.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues; apply strong analytical and problem-solving approaches.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure AI solutions deliver tangible value and comply with responsible-use practices.
• Work within software development life cycle methodologies to design, develop, and maintain solutions.

Requirements

• 3–9 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) and ServiceNow platform administration.
• Strong understanding of incident management, service request fulfillment, and ITIL practices.
• Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI concepts, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with modern programming languages and development frameworks.

• Hybrid work mode. Locations: Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad (India).
