Role
Reply is seeking a full-time, in-office Social Network Consultant based in Chicago to strengthen networking and build a shared culture across Reply’s U.S. offices (Atlanta, Auburn Hills/Bloomfield Hills, Bellevue, Chicago, Kansas City, Malvern, Seattle). This position requires daily onsite attendance (Monday–Friday) and includes event planning, internal content creation, and experimentation with generative AI for images, video, and AI agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver employee-focused events such as trainings, webinars, and employee experience activities to foster networking and a common culture across U.S. offices.
- Produce and create internal communications content (video, images, written content) and apply strategic thinking to communication campaigns.
- Use AI-powered image and video generation tools and experiment with generative AI, including building and using AI agents to optimize workflows.
- Continuously research and implement new communication formats and techniques.
- Work with an international team, travel as required, network, and build contacts across offices.
Requirements
Minimum
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Knowledge of video production and editing tools (e.g., DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Adobe After Effects).
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver).
- Experience with generative AI tools for prompting, building AI agents, and graphics/video-oriented AI apps (e.g., Midjourney, Runway).
- Proficiency with Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
Preferred
- Previous experience coordinating and planning events.
- High level of collaboration and a creative, inquisitive mindset.
- Proactive work ethic and passion for continuous learning.
Compensation & Logistics
- Base compensation: $55,000 plus benefits.
- Full-time, onsite position at the Chicago office (daily attendance required Monday–Friday).
- Role may require travel across U.S. offices.
