Role
Software Developer responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and supporting projects through the full software development lifecycle. The role requires collaboration across engineering, product, and operations and participation in code reviews and technical discussions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications
- Write clean, readable, and maintainable code
- Collaborate with team members across engineering, product, and operations
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Troubleshoot issues and contribute to continuous improvement of systems
- Assist with documentation and knowledge sharing
- Support projects through the full software development lifecycle
- Learn new tools, frameworks, and technologies as needed
Requirements
- Professional or practical experience writing code (any language)
- Understanding of basic software development concepts and workflows
- Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Comfortable with AI-assisted development practices (e.g., vibe coding, prompt-driven coding)
- Hands-on experience using modern AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Augment, or similar platforms
- Must reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW), Texas area — this is an onsite position
