Softwareentwickler Embedded Systems (m/w/d) at Da Vinci Engineering GmbH based in 73240 Wendlingen am Neckar, Germany. The position focuses on hardware-near software development for various microcontroller platforms, taking responsibility for module and overall software development including safety-critical components from concept to series.
Key Responsibilities
- Hardware-near software development on different microcontroller platforms from idea to series
- Independent development of modules and complete software (including safety-critical parts) according to specifications and technical constraints
- Elicitation and analysis of requirements and creation of specifications within the area of responsibility
- Translation of domain requirements into system and software architectures and designs
- Preparation and maintenance of development documentation
- Close cooperation and coordination with project functional areas and production
- Contributing to optimization and further development of the product development process
Requirements
- Completed technical degree in information technology or comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in embedded systems software development
- Very good knowledge of embedded programming in C
- Initial experience with AI-assisted programming (Vibe Coding)
- Knowledge of Infineon PSOC3 (ARM Cortex M33 microcontrollers) and CAN FD is an advantage
- Experience with requirements engineering using Codebeamer is desirable
- High initiative, strong engagement and team spirit
- Good German and English language skills
