Role

Part-time (Minijob) software developer working on an internal project used in leadership trainings. The role centers on maintaining and evolving an existing application, implementing new features, ensuring technical stability, and applying AI-assisted development (vibe coding) techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continue development and improvement of an existing software used in leadership trainings
  • Independently set up new features and technical components
  • Bugfixing and technical support for the product
  • Hosting, deployment, and ongoing technical operations
  • Improve code structure, performance, and stability
  • Use AI-assisted development workflows in day-to-day work
  • Document important technical decisions clearly
  • Coordinate pragmatically with the team on requirements and priorities

Requirements

  • Several years of practical experience in software development
  • Demonstrable experience with AI-assisted development / vibe coding
  • Strong practical knowledge of Claude Code, Cursor AI and Manus.im
  • Ability to independently set up and operate projects productively
  • Experience with hosting, deployment, and technical operations
  • Structured, reliable working style and high personal responsibility
  • Good communication skills in German or English

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with web apps, internal tools or learning platforms
  • Experience supporting small product teams
  • Understanding of UX, rapid iteration, and product-adjacent development
  • Interest in AI-first workflows in small, agile projects
