About the Role
MNP is hiring a Solution Developer focused on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Service/Case Management to design, implement and extend case management and CRM solutions. Role
Solution Developer, Power Platform & D365 focused on Dynamics 365 Customer Service/Case Management. Design and implement case management and CRM solutions using out-of-the-box capabilities, Power Platform customizations, and .NET extensions. Work directly with clients and contribute to team best practices with AI augmentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate as part of a team of Dynamics 365 developers and architects
- Design and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Case Management solutions using configuration and customization
- Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, design solutions and make recommendations
- Develop Microsoft .NET solutions to extend Dynamics 365 Customer Service functionality
- Use Power Platform components and related Azure services to deliver solutions
- Utilize AI (e.g., Copilot Studio) to augment development, design, and testing practices
- Implement solutions using hybrid-agile and agile methods
- Share knowledge, pursue continuous professional development, and represent MNP in community events
Requirements
- Minimum three (3) years implementing CRM or case management solutions; at least two (2) years specifically with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform technologies
- Development experience with: Copilot Studio, Power Pages, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, ASP.NET, C#, web services, North52
- Data migration experience (Azure Data Factory, KingswaySoft)
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Visual Studio
- Strong understanding of the full SDLC (requirements, architecture, design, development, testing)
- Post-secondary degree in a relevant field or five (5) years of relevant experience
- Experience on government projects preferred
- Willingness to travel locally and within Canada

- Dynamics 365 solutions for Licensing and Permits and Grants Management
- Familiarity with AI-driven development practices and agentic/vibe coding approaches
