Role
Account Solution Engineers in the German Enterprise segment partner with Account Executives to help enterprise customers across Logistics, Energy & Utilities, or Hospitality solve complex business challenges using AI, data and the Salesforce platform. The role involves technical presales, solution design, demo/prototype development, and cross-team orchestration to drive strategic, high-impact engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to identify root causes, pain points and business outcomes across complex organizational landscapes.
- Design and deliver solution concepts, immersive demos and “art of the possible” prototypes tied to clear business outcomes.
- Orchestrate solution cycles with Account Executives and specialists across the Salesforce portfolio, coordinating multi-cloud approaches and extended teams.
- Support pipeline generation via workshops, briefings, industry events and executive engagements.
- Develop account strategy in partnership with sales counterparts and articulate Salesforce value to technical and executive stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders and represent Salesforce in marketing and partner events.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in roles where technology and process meet (enterprise consulting, presales, solution architecture, digital transformation).
- Business-fluent German and professional English for customer-facing work.
- Ability to explain complex topics simply and present clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
- Understanding of enterprise system connectivity (APIs, data flows, integration patterns, system landscapes).
- Experience working with enterprise customers and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong interest in career growth and participation in training and mentorship programs.

- Industry expertise in Logistics, Energy & Utilities or Hospitality.
