Job Description
Role
The Solutions Delivery Coordinator acts as the bridge between client‑facing Account Coordinators and internal specialists, converting vague requests into scoped deliverables, assigning work, maintaining end‑to‑end task visibility, and ensuring quality before delivery. - Communication & translation: act as a bilingual translator between clients/Account Coordinators and technical contributors; add clarifying information to avoid misunderstandings.
- Hybrid execution: independently complete a small portion of tasks (entry level ~10%), including basic Pardot and Salesforce admin tasks, template updates, simple AI‑assisted “vibe coding” edits, and basic copy edits.
- Quality assurance: QA all deliverables before they reach the client, verify functionality, responsiveness, brand alignment, spelling/grammar, and automation correctness.
- Relationship & process management: build trusted partnerships with Account Coordinators, refine personal workflows, anticipate issues, and surface risks early.
