Role
We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer focused on Generative AI and Agentic AI to design, develop, and deliver production-ready AI solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and multi-step agentic workflows. The role emphasizes collaboration with business teams and architects, setting enterprise AI standards, and mentoring engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions from concept through production.
- Build multi-step agentic workflows and implement agent orchestration.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and contribute to Graph RAG/knowledge graph strategies.
- Execute high-impact AI initiatives and deliver scalable, secure solutions in partnership with architects.
- Review code and mentor fellow engineers; promote engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to solve complex problems using AI.
- Help define enterprise AI standards, practices, and semantic design/governance for business domains and data landscapes.
- Contribute to data pipeline and knowledge graph strategies.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software or AI/Machine Learning engineering experience.
- Proven experience delivering Generative AI or Agentic AI solutions to production.
- Experience mentoring engineers or leading projects.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI services and strong Python development skills.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of knowledge graphs, graph databases, Graph RAG, and modern data platforms/pipelines.
- Azure AI or Data certifications are advantageous.
Technical Skills
- End-to-end Generative AI lifecycle, RAG, and agent orchestration.
- Python development, Azure AI services, LangChain/LangGraph.
- Semantic design, governance, and data pipeline technologies.
Soft Skills
