Senior Associate responsible for designing and implementing agentic Generative AI solutions on Google Cloud. The role focuses on building intelligent AI agents using Vertex AI, Gemini Enterprise and related GCP agent tooling, collaborating with stakeholders and mentoring engineering teams in a hybrid location.

Role
Senior Associate / GCP Agentic AI SME responsible for architecting, developing, and delivering agentic Generative AI and LLM-based solutions for enterprise clients using Google Cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable agentic AI solutions and multi-agent workflows on GCP.
- Build intelligent AI agents using Google ADK, GCP Agent Platform, Agent Engine, Vertex AI, and Gemini Enterprise.
- Define agent workflows, orchestration, memory, reasoning, tool usage, and multi-agent collaboration models.
- Architect and implement Generative AI and LLM-based solutions, including RAG and search-driven approaches.
- Develop and deploy AI/ML and GenAI workloads on GCP services such as Cloud Run, Vertex AI, and Vertex AI Search.
- Evaluate and select appropriate LLMs, prompts, grounding approaches, retrieval patterns, and agent frameworks.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Support prototype development, solution accelerators, demos, and client presentations.
- Lead solution design discussions, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements / Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
- Experience designing and implementing AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
- Practical experience with Google Cloud-based AI platforms and deployment patterns.
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and convert requirements into technical solutions.
Work Model and Location
- Hybrid work model. Location references include Kolkata and Bengaluru.
