Senior Associate Azure AI/ML/Agentic AI Engineer focused on designing, building, and evaluating AI-driven solutions on Azure. The role centers on Python-based development of agentic AI, RAG-enabled systems, and LLMOps workflows using Azure AI Stack and agentic frameworks to deliver client advisory solutions.

Role
Senior Associate — Azure AI/ML/Agentic AI Engineer in Advisory, responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating AI-driven applications and agentic workflows on the Azure platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python-based AI/ML applications and services.
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and agentic workflows using agentic frameworks.
- Implement and operate LLMOps and evaluation workflows for model monitoring and assessment.
- Integrate AI capabilities with Azure services (Function Apps, Logic Apps, Azure AI Stack components).
- Work on conversational AI and document/vision intelligence solutions.
Mandatory / Core Skills
- Python programming (3+ years experience).
- Experience with Azure AI Stack components (Foundry, ML, AI Search, Document Intelligence, Vision).
- Knowledge of RAG and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI).
- LLMOps and evaluation tools (e.g., LangSmith, RAGAS).
- Azure Function Apps and Logic Apps.
Preferred / Additional Skills
- React JS.
- Conversational AI.
- API Management, application development and application frameworks.
- Familiarity with Android OS and Appian platform (optional).
- Practices such as Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD).
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor of Technology / BE (required).
- Years of experience: 4–8 years.
