• Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards aligned to client KPIs and objectives.
• Build and update monthly impact estimates and compare against actuals; refine methods when estimates drift.
• Prepare data for and interpret marketing mix models (MMM), incrementality tests, and attribution analyses.
• Analyze sales and sell-through alongside media spend for clients across Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, and DTC channels.
• Write Google Apps Script and Google Sheets automations for pacing, QA, data pulls, and report preparation.
• Use AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, Codex, Cursor) to prototype, test, and ship internal tools and scripts.
• Standardize recurring analytics workflows across accounts and mentor junior analysts.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience in media analytics, BI, or marketing analytics at a CPG brand, product company, or agency serving CPG.
• Advanced SQL skills (CTEs, window functions, multi-source joins) and at least 3 years of SQL experience.
• Strong Google Sheets and Apps Script skills (custom functions, triggers, API pulls, automations).
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools for developing and debugging scripts and tools.
• Working knowledge of paid media platforms and metrics (Google, Meta, Amazon Ads, programmatic; ROAS, CPA, incrementality).
• Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Experience preparing data for MMM, incrementality, and attribution analyses; familiarity with MMM platforms is a plus.
• Clear communicator able to present findings to non-technical stakeholders and participate in client calls.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with MMM platforms (Meridian, Robyn, PyMC-Marketing, Recast, Measured).
• Familiarity with retail media data sources (Amazon Marketing Cloud, Walmart Connect, Instacart, Skai).
• Experience with Python or R and ETL tools like dbt, Fivetran, or Supermetrics.
