Role
The Sr. Director, AI Solutions will lead technical strategy, solution architecture, and productization of out-of-the-box (OOB) solution frameworks built on Skan’s Process Intelligence and Agentic platforms. This senior role spans advanced system architecture, technical product management, and AI-accelerated development, translating real client deployment patterns into secure, production-ready, version-controlled software assets for global enterprise scale.
Key Responsibilities
- AI-powered prototyping & “vibe coding”: rapidly prototype high-fidelity solutions using advanced AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Copilot, v0, LLM-native IDEs) and evangelize safe, production-grade AI-augmented development practices.
- Solution architecture & productization: audit customer builds to extract repeatable telemetry and agentic workflows; design reference architectures and a Core vs. Extension framework that maps client application stacks (ERPs, CRMs) via configuration metadata.
- Incorporate advanced AI capabilities: embed LLM primitives, stateful multi-agent interaction graphs (e.g., LangGraph), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) into framework products.
- Product lifecycle & release engineering: manage roadmaps, backlogs, semantic version control (Git-based), branching strategies, automated CI/CD pipelines, and continuous regression testing to maintain compatibility with core platform primitives.
- Professional Services enablement: create deployment playbooks, runbooks, enablement workshops, certification paths, and governance processes so PS teams and partners can adopt and scale frameworks.
- Leadership & collaboration: hire and develop engineering teams, align with Product, Infrastructure, and Go-to-Market, and manage third-party vendor partnerships to meet delivery milestones.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive software engineering or enterprise platform architecture experience, including 3+ years leading design and deployment of GenAI, LLM-orchestration, or multi-agent networks in production.
- Demonstrable hands-on mastery of AI coding environments and programming with LLMs (Cursor, Claude API, LLM-native IDEs) to build and deploy rapidly.
- Deep familiarity with vector search engineering, Graph RAG, agent orchestration runtimes (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen), and distributed event streaming.
- Strong CI/CD and DevOps discipline, including release management, infrastructure-as-code, prompt/config management, automated evaluation and observability frameworks (LLMOps).
- Experience with semantic version control (Git-based), branching strategies, and release engineering best practices.
- Domain fluency in business process management (BPM), task-mining or process-mining and converting raw user activity into structured roadmaps.
- Proven leadership, executive presence, and excellent written and verbal communication to influence cross-functional stakeholders and C-suite audiences.
