Role
As Sr. Director, Data Product Management (Sales/Partners/Success/Finance) you will lead the Product Management team for a strategic portfolio spanning Sales, Customer Success, Partners, Services and Finance. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of data products and AI/ML initiatives that drive measurable business impact, and will report to the Chief Data Officer as a people manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to business and partner teams; translate business needs into data product roadmaps and AI-integrated initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans and product vision for Sales, Customer Success, Services, Partner and Finance domains.
- Understand end-to-end process lifecycles, analyze complex business problems, and design solutions that enable data-driven operations.
- Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with design, engineering, marketing and leadership to prioritize requirements and manage dependencies.
- Build and lead high-performing, agile product teams (including outsourced vendors); plan deliverables and run quarterly business reviews and metrics scorecards.
- Drive evaluation and enforcement of enterprise-compliant data policies and best practices.
- Conduct market analysis to identify AI trends and opportunities relevant to business domains.
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure successful completion of programs.
- Leverage AI skills and tools to enhance product management processes (including vibe coding, documentation, test scenarios, and change management).
- Lead long-range, annual and quarterly planning cycles, technology spend analytics, capacity estimation and budget analysis.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR and Finance to manage hiring, attrition and headcount spend.
Requirements
Basic
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics or equivalent.
- 15+ years of experience in high-technology/subscription software organizations.
- Proven strategic leadership experience and ability to communicate recommendations to executive management.
- Experience managing senior product leaders in a matrix organization.
- Experience with AI/ML initiatives and AI product development from ideation to launch.
- Experience with enterprise system implementations for global companies.
- Familiarity with OKRs, KPIs and metric dashboards.
Preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive, hands-on execution style.
- Track record of managing products through full lifecycle and implementing large-scale programs with a product management mindset.
- Expertise in Sales, Customer Success, and Finance operations.
- Experience integrating AI technologies into enterprise workflows to deliver measurable results.
- Experience working in agile, scrum-based models for rollout, adoption and maintenance.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range (California): $233,300 - $373,525.
- Eligible for company bonus plan or variable incentive pay (sales roles) and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
