- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation), Pipeline as Code, and automated CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) with security and controls embedded in pipelines.
- Proven delivery of end-to-end integration and automation between vendor systems and payroll, and experience migrating legacy platforms (e.g., PeopleSoft) to cloud with strong data integrity and controls.
- Experience managing large vendor ecosystems and leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.
- Experience leading multi-organization adoption of agentic AI-enabled engineering operating models, governance, measurement frameworks, and secure handling of sensitive inputs/outputs.
- Strong understanding of responsible AI risk, controls, resilience, and the ability to advise senior leaders.
Preferred Qualifications
