Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end design for ambiguous, complex problems — structure the space and drive toward polished, well-reasoned outcomes.
- Rapidly prototype using AI-assisted tools and vibe-coding (e.g., Cursor) to test AI behaviors and data interactions early.
- Frame product problems, quantify trade-offs, and connect design decisions to measurable customer and business impact.
- Contribute to roadmap conversations with senior PM and engineering; anticipate ethical and adoption risks for AI-driven features.
- Tell compelling design stories at appropriate fidelity for different audiences and drive cross-discipline alignment.
- Mentor and guide junior designers through critique and day-to-day collaboration.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience shipping enterprise and/or consumer products.
- Proven ability to lead open-ended, ambiguous design projects from problem to solution.
- Daily hands-on use of AI-assisted design and prototyping tools (e.g., Cursor or similar) and experience testing AI behaviors via prototypes.
- Strong craft fundamentals: visual design, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility.
- Ability to frame product problems, quantify trade-offs, and link design to business outcomes.
- Strong critical and systems thinking; ability to reason across complex, interconnected product surfaces.
- Clear, persuasive communicator, comfortable presenting to cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with AI-driven enterprise products, marketing technology, or journey orchestration.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud products (AJO, AEP, or adjacent products).
- Background in campaign authoring, data-heavy interfaces, or workflow-builder design.
- Experience leading or contributing to UX research, including AI-assisted synthesis.
- Track record of mentoring junior designers.
