Sr Product Designer

Role

Senior Product Designer on the Platform team responsible for designing holistic, end-to-end experiences that make complex technical systems approachable and enterprise-ready. The role emphasizes a “designer who builds” mindset—moving between Figma and code, adopting AI-augmented design, and partnering closely with product and engineering to influence platform direction and shared design patterns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable, enterprise-grade user experiences that translate complex technical constraints into clear UX and interaction models.
• Partner deeply with product and engineering leaders to navigate technical tradeoffs, shape long-term platform roadmap, and facilitate cross-functional design reviews.
• Collaborate across product areas to establish shared patterns and design goals ensuring cohesion for enterprise use-cases.
• Scale design impact by sharing design decisions, concepts, and demos across the organization.
• Adopt and experiment with AI-assisted design and vibe coding tools (e.g., Windsurf, OpenCode) and share learnings with the team.
• Create prototypes and design in code when appropriate, using the right tools for the task.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional product design experience, ideally in enterprise or platform-centric environments.
• Strong systems thinking ability to manage complex logic and technical constraints while preserving visual and interaction quality.
• Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical concepts into clear UX approaches and proposals.
• High technical fluency and comfort working in a code editor; a practical understanding of how design translates to production.
• Proactive use of generative AI and developer-centric tools to accelerate ideation and improve output quality.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with developer tools, network services, or cloud infrastructure.
