Role
Adobe is hiring a Senior Product Designer for Adobe Stock to craft the future of the content marketplace by integrating generative AI tools and defining interaction frameworks across the Adobe ecosystem. The role involves designing cohesive end-to-end experiences that bring trust, delight, and efficiency to creative workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design simple, elegant, and intuitive experiences enhanced by machine learning and generative AI.
- Create interaction frameworks for multi-step, tool-using AI workflows and evolve product offerings with consistent UX.
- Rapidly prototype ideas using sketches, storyboards, high-fidelity mockups, animations, vibe coding, and direct prototyping with large language models and agent frameworks.
- Collaborate proactively with designers, prototypers, engineers, product managers, and researchers to iterate through build > test > refine cycles.
- Advocate for users using customer feedback, research insights, and data analytics.
- Lead through design by inspiring teammates, running workshops, and presenting concept pitches.
Requirements
- 5–6 years of equivalent experience in product, systems, or interaction design with a record of success.
- Experience with Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Firefly) and design/prototyping tools (Figma, Cursor).
- Comfort prototyping in code and contributing to production implementations with engineering teams.
- Strong history of collaboration with design, product management, and engineering from ideation through implementation.
- Systems thinking and experience solving complex design and technology problems.
- Ability to facilitate brainstorming sessions, create compelling presentations or videos, and present concept pitches.
Preferred / Accessibility Skills
- Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities.
- Understanding of WCAG conformance criteria and testing comps, wireframes, and prototypes for accessibility standards.
- Preferred certifications: CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from the IAAP.
Compensation (as stated)
- U.S. pay range: $124,600 – $234,250 annually.
- California pay range: $161,800 - $234,250 annually.
- Pay varies by work location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Roles may be eligible for short-term incentives (Annual Incentive Plan) and potential long-term equity awards.
