Role
Senior Product Manager for WildFire responsible for defining and executing the integrations product strategy and roadmap across the Palo Alto Networks portfolio to deliver next-generation threat detection and prevention services. The role emphasizes an AI-native approach, using AI tools and Vibe coding throughout product strategy, research, PRD development, and prototyping.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the WildFire integrations product strategy and integrated roadmap across NGFW, XDR, Prisma Access, Prisma Cloud, and XSIAM.
- Ensure strategic alignment and seamless integration with cross-functional teams (NGFW, Prisma Access, PAB, XDR) and incorporate customer feedback and market demands.
- Define and monitor customer success metrics and KPIs across the customer lifecycle.
- Prioritize goals focused on reporting, analytics, incident investigation, and response capabilities.
- Lead collaborations with third-party vendors and partners (e.g., SCM and SOC vendors such as Cortex and Splunk).
- Collaborate with UXR and design teams using persona studies, customer journey mapping, and analytics to improve customer experience.
- Act as product champion with extreme ownership for the Integrated WildFire product suite.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience building software products.
- Experience in senior product management roles, preferably in cybersecurity and driving complex roadmaps across multiple product lines.
- Experience prototyping with engineering using Vibe coding and other AI tools.
- Strong technical acumen in network security and Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) technology, especially within threat management and response environments.
- Skilled at defining and managing customer success metrics and KPIs.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; experience aligning diverse teams (UXR, design, engineering, vendors).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications in cybersecurity, data analytics, or product management.
Compensation
- Posted annual base salary range: $148,700.00 - $240,525.00 (actual offer depends on qualifications, experience, and location). Compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
Location & Work Model
- Santa Clara, California. The company favors in-person collaboration; teams generally work from the office full time with flexibility when needed.
