Role
Senior Python Developer (Full-Stack & AI) responsible for building enterprise AI products, designing full-stack architecture (frontend, backend, database), integrating ML models into production, and balancing AI-assisted development with precision manual coding.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack applications using Python and Django.
- Use AI-powered IDEs and AI development agents to accelerate development.
- Perform manual coding and deep debugging for complex logic where AI is insufficient.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to deploy models and integrate ML pipelines.
- Design system architecture across frontend, backend, and database layers.
- Optimize applications for speed, security, and reliability.
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
Requirements
- Role header lists 5–8+ years of experience; required skills section specifies a minimum of 5 years professional Python development experience.
- Strong expertise in Django; experience with FastAPI or Flask.
- Full-stack capability: design and build both frontend and backend.
- High proficiency with AI-powered IDEs and AI dev-agents as part of the development workflow.
- Strong manual coding and debugging skills for complex backend logic.
- Experience with relational and in-memory databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redis.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Docker.
- Experience or strong interest in AI/ML pipeline integration.
Good to Have
- Experience with React or Next.js for frontend development.
- Exposure to message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
- Knowledge of vector databases and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) pipelines.
- Experience with CI/CD and basic DevOps practices.
Location & Logistics
- Work location: In person / Onsite — Mumbai, Maharashtra (Western Line). Western Line preference for candidate location within Mumbai noted.
- Joining: Immediate preferred.

Compensation
- Pay stated as ₹300,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year (see salary section).
