Sr. Software Engineer - Java

Role

Senior Fullstack Java Developer responsible for designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting full-stack solutions for Manufacturing Engineering IT. The role works within an agile full-stack team and adheres to architecture and engineering practices to deliver high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand requirements and apply system development methodology to identify, analyze, design, build, configure, test, and deploy complex solutions.
• Operate within a full-stack agile team and participate in all aspects of software development, ensuring alignment with architecture principles.
• Enable and follow CI/CD and DevSecOps practices to maintain high software quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders across products.
• Maintain and update system documentation as needed.
• Provide production support and performance management for delivered software.
• Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and team engagement skills.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience in Microservices architecture and API development.
• Frontend experience with React (React 18) and MUI Grid; familiarity with microfrontend approaches.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, PostgreSQL, test automation, and performance management.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
